Drunk, Wired, and Happy - Let me Buy Some Gas

When I was in high school, my AP Physics teacher explained one of the problems with non-science people using statistics.  For an example of a huge misuse, he said, assume you are sitting in a chair, and you have one hand in liquid oxygen and the other on fire.  On Average you are ok.  Q.E.D.

So, this week we returned to New England from New York.  We stopped to buy gas, and noticed that the State of Massachusetts seems to understand this rule of statistics, and is putting it into action for the better lives, certainly more exciting, of their citizens.

First, assume that GAS is used for Driving Cars.
Second, assume that Alcoholic Beverages are a depressant.
Third, assume that Coffee is a stimulant.

Local business combines all three for their customers ease of use.

Look at what you can order at the Window Now!
